Cancellation Policy

Vocational Quest Inc. values both your time and commitment to the coaching and professional development process. To ensure availability and fairness for all clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to the full session fee. Monthly coaching clients may have missed sessions counted toward their monthly allotment unless otherwise discussed.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will always strive to approach scheduling with professionalism, flexibility, and understanding whenever possible. If you need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.
